• To confirm and verify your identity, or to ensure you are an authorised user, for security purposes;
• To conduct credit reference searches or verification (only if you authorise this or if required to provide your solutions);

• To comply with requests from the Information Regulator, other government agencies, legal proceedings, or court orders.

• Our apps do not request or access personal identifiers, contacts, precise locations, photos, or microphones.
• Any technical information that may be collected (such as device type, app version, or crash logs) is anonymous and used only to maintain app performance and reliability.
• No analytics, advertising, or profiling tools are used in our apps unless specifically mentioned in the app’s description or user settings.
• We do not sell, rent, or share any personal information because we do not collect such data.
• If our apps use Google Play Services, Apple services, or other third-party frameworks (such as Firebase or TestFlight), they may automatically receive anonymous diagnostic data as part of standard app store functionality.

• Access, correct, or delete your Personal Information;
• Withdraw consent for processing;
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa if you believe your privacy rights are violated.
